Warranty
The Endgame Lifetime Structural Warranty
We build wallets around solid metal hinges instead of elastic bands because elastic is the part that fails. This warranty covers the part we chose to build differently.
If the structure of your Endgame wallet fails, we replace it. Not the finish, not the scratches — the structure. Here is exactly what that means.
What's covered
For as long as you own the wallet, we cover failures in how it holds together:
- Hinge failure. Pins that back out, barrels that crack, pivots that seize or go slack. This is the core of the warranty.
- Chassis fracture. Cracks or breaks in the aluminum body under normal everyday carry.
- Fastener failure. Screws that strip, loosen repeatedly, or shear.
- Money clip failure. A clip that snaps, or loses its tension to the point where it no longer holds cash.
- Engraving failure. Engraving that lifts, fades, or wears away. Our designs are ablated into the metal rather than printed on top of it, and they should outlast the wallet.
If any of these happen, we replace the wallet. You keep the old one — there's nothing useful we can do with a broken chassis, and shipping it back costs more than it's worth.
What's not covered
Cosmetic wear. An aluminum wallet that lives in your pocket will collect marks. Anodizing dulls at the corners first, edges pick up bright spots where they rub against keys, and the finish softens over time. That's not the wallet failing — that's the wallet being carried. A Stealth that's been in a back pocket for three years should look like it. We'd rather you wear it in than keep it pristine.
Specifically, we don't cover:
- Scratches, scuffs, and surface marks
- Anodizing that dulls, thins, or changes tone with use
- Dents from drops or impact
- Discoloration or fading from sun, heat, or cleaning products
- Any other visible change that doesn't stop the wallet working
Loss and theft. If it's gone, we can't replace it. We do sell a tracker card for exactly this reason.
Damage you caused deliberately or accidentally. Crushing, bending, prying, running it over, or using it as a tool.
Modification and third-party repair. Disassembly, re-anodizing, added hardware, or repairs by anyone other than us.
Wallets we didn't sell you. Coverage applies to wallets bought directly from endgamecarry.com. We can't vouch for units sourced anywhere else.
How long "lifetime" means
For as long as you own the wallet, with no expiry date and no registration required. Your order number is your proof of purchase.
If we no longer make the chassis you bought, we'll replace it with the closest current equivalent. For a Project 1-of-1 or a design that's no longer in production, we'll replace the chassis and re-run the engraving from your original order file where we still have it.
The warranty covers the original purchaser and doesn't transfer if you sell or give the wallet away.
Making a claim
Email support@endgamecarry.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the failure
- A sentence about what happened
We'll respond within two business days. If it's covered, we ship a replacement at no cost to you. If it isn't, we'll tell you plainly why, and we'll usually offer a discount on a replacement anyway — a wallet you broke is still a wallet you liked enough to carry.
Legal terms
This is a limited warranty. It covers structural defects in materials and workmanship as described above and does not cover cosmetic wear, loss, theft, misuse, or damage from modification.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to or loss of anything carried in the wallet.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable consumer protection law, and nothing here limits those rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Endgame Carry may update these terms. The terms in effect when you bought the wallet are the ones that apply to it.
