Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders ship the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). This includes personalized and engraved items, which we make to order in-house. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day after it.
US shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more.
- Standard shipping: $6.99 on orders under $25. Sent by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2–5 business days in the contiguous US.
- Express shipping: $15. Choose it at checkout for faster delivery.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
International shipping
We ship to most countries. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the carrier you choose. Customs duties and import taxes are shown at checkout if they’re collected there; otherwise your country may charge them on delivery.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you didn’t receive it, email us at support@endgamecarry.com as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. We can’t change the address once the order has shipped.
