Which scan should I use?
The image file from your clinic's app or portal works best. A photo of the printout also works: take it straight on, in good light, without glare.
Will the clinic's name and details show?
Only what's inside the frame is engraved. Zoom in and drag the scan so the clinic's text sits outside the frame; the preview shows exactly what will be engraved.
How do scans look engraved?
The laser turns the bright parts of the scan into bare silver metal, so your baby shows up silver on black, like the preview. Use the brightness and contrast sliders if it looks too dark or too light.
Can I use a 3D or 4D scan?
Yes. 3D scans engrave well too. Pick a clear image with good contrast.
Will it fit a wallet?
It's credit-card size, so it fits every Endgame wallet and most card holders. It takes up one card slot.
Will the engraving wear off?
No. It's laser-engraved into the metal, not printed on top, so it won't fade, peel or rub off with everyday carry.
