This wallet is great! The whole process from the website all the way to opening the package was a delight! I love that it doesn't have elastic holding the 2 plates together, looks like it'll last a long time!
Good material and expansion mechanism. Getting cards into the wallet is very simple. Difficult to retrieve cards using a single hand, but otherwise a great wallet.
Delivery was fast, the wallet itself was in perfect condition. It's sturdy, lightweight and holds all my cards without issue. It holds plastic cards a bit better than cardstock but doesn't impact use.

What I like most about this wallet is that it does not use an elastic band to hold it together. It appears they have used quality materials.
Kind of lame. If you use it for just one card I guess it's fine. It doesn't splay the cards out. I ordered a Ridge wallet at the same time and I feel like this one's way better. I would just work on your design.

We do try to give an excellent value for the money, as you said you ordered ridge and like this one way better, and we're likely way cheaper, so we're disappointed we only earned 2 stars.
I originally left a negative review because the first wallet I received had a manufacturing issue and wouldn’t fully open, making it difficult to fit all of my cards.
After I contacted the seller, they quickly sent me a replacement along with a free tracker card. The replacement works much better and resolved the issue.
While the initial quality control could have been better, I appreciate the excellent customer service and the fact that they stood behind their product. I’m updating my review to reflect how they handled the situation.

Hi there, we are disappointed that you are not fully satisfied with your wallet. Please note that we do offer 30-day returns no questions asked. It would also help if you could describe some more details of how it is poor quality and how it did not fully open. The steel hinges are meant to be able to open wide enough to fit about 22 cards, and cards should slide in an out effortlessly with the mirror-polish finish of the interior of the wallet. We have reached out via email also for further clarification and wanting to assist you in the best way.
