This wallet is great! The whole process from the website all the way to opening the package was a delight! I love that it doesn't have elastic holding the 2 plates together, looks like it'll last a long time!
Good material and expansion mechanism. Getting cards into the wallet is very simple. Difficult to retrieve cards using a single hand, but otherwise a great wallet.
Delivery was fast, the wallet itself was in perfect condition. It's sturdy, lightweight and holds all my cards without issue. It holds plastic cards a bit better than cardstock but doesn't impact use.

What I like most about this wallet is that it does not use an elastic band to hold it together. It appears they have used quality materials.
Kind of lame. If you use it for just one card I guess it's fine. It doesn't splay the cards out. I ordered a Ridge wallet at the same time and I feel like this one's way better. I would just work on your design.
Sorry you don't absolutely love your wallet, if you're not satisfied we recommend you return your wallet for a full refund. We do try to give an excellent value for the money, as you said you ordered ridge and like this one way better, and we're likely way cheaper, so we're disappointed we only earned 2 stars.
I originally left a negative review because the first wallet I received had a manufacturing issue and wouldn’t fully open, making it difficult to fit all of my cards.
After I contacted the seller, they quickly sent me a replacement along with a free tracker card. The replacement works much better and resolved the issue.
While the initial quality control could have been better, I appreciate the excellent customer service and the fact that they stood behind their product. I’m updating my review to reflect how they handled the situation.

We reached out via email after seeing this review we have determined that there is a possibility that their original wallet was defective. We have sent this customer a replacement wallet which was hand-tested to ensure worked appropriately. We hope that this has resolved their issue and have asked for an updated review.

Hi there, we are disappointed that you are not fully satisfied with your wallet. Please note that we do offer 30-day returns no questions asked. It would also help if you could describe some more details of how it is poor quality and how it did not fully open. The steel hinges are meant to be able to open wide enough to fit about 22 cards, and cards should slide in an out effortlessly with the mirror-polish finish of the interior of the wallet. We have reached out via email also for further clarification and wanting to assist you in the best way.

How does the designer work?
Tap Start designing, then add up to three photos and five text boxes. Drag them on the wallet, pinch to resize and turn them, and switch the wallet sideways any time. What you see in the preview is what we engrave.
What happens to my photo's background?
We remove it automatically so the person, pet or object stands out. It happens in your own browser, and you can switch it off if you'd rather engrave the whole photo.
How do photos look when engraved?
The laser removes the anodized color, so your design comes out bright silver metal. Photos are engraved as fine dots, the same way the preview shows them.
Which photos work best?
Sharp, well-lit photos where the subject fills most of the frame. For handwriting, a signature or a logo, choose Line art / handwriting so only the lines are engraved.
Can you engrave under the screws or in the thumb cutout?
No. The screws and the thumb cutout can't be engraved. The designer warns you if part of your design sits there, so you can move it.
Can I return it?
Because each wallet is engraved just for you, personalized items can't be returned. If it arrives damaged or the engraving doesn't match your approved design, contact us and we'll make it right. See our return policy.
